    OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER

    Supplier company can freely choose counterparties (consumers) under bilateral contracts. It has the right to acquire funds for provided services and sold electricity in time and in full volume. In case of non-fulfilment of the terms by the consumer the company can claim compensation for direct damages.

    At the same time, the electricity supplier has the following obligations:

    Before concluding the agreement, inform the consumer about the possibility of choosing the form and order of invoicing, making calculations;

    To provide the counterparty with data on consumed electricity, informative bills in the form and procedure determined by the NCSRFEU;

    To consider appeals, complaints, claims of the client and to provide a reasoned answer in the manner established by the NCSRFEU.
