The procedure for submitting appeals and notifications about the threat of electrical safety:

One of the key priorities of the work of LLC “Kyiv Energy Company” is to ensure a high level of service quality for our consumers. The opinion of each of our clients is important to us!

Every consumer has the right to write an appeal or submit a request to receive information that interests him.

General rules regarding the procedure for submitting and considering appeals are regulated by the Laws of Ukraine «On Citizen Appeals», «On Access to Public Informationї» and «On Protection of Consumer Rights».

Consumer appeals should be understood as written proposals (comments), statements (requests) and complaints.

Requirements for consumer appeal:

  • An appeal can be submitted by an individual (individual) or a group of individuals (collective).
  • The appeal must be in writing.
  • A written appeal is sent by mail or delivered by the consumer to the relevant body, institution personally or through a person authorized by him, whose powers are formalized in accordance with the law.
  • A written appeal can also be sent using the Internet, electronic means of communication (electronic appeal).
  • The full name of the legal entity, surname, first name, father, authorized person of the consumer must be indicated in the appeal, the essence of the raised issue, remarks, proposals, statements or complaints, requests or demands must be stated. The written request must be signed by the applicant(s) and dated. The e-mail must also include an e-mail address to which a reply can be sent to the applicant, or information about other means of communication with him.

Terms and deadlines for submitting appeals and responding to them:

  • An application made without complying with the above requirements shall be returned to the applicant with appropriate explanations no later than 20 days after its receipt.
  • A written application without specifying the data of a legal entity, not signed by the author (authors), as well as one from which it is impossible to establish authorship, is recognized as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.
  • Appeals are considered and resolved within a period of no more than one month from the day of their receipt, and those that do not require additional study – immediately, but no later than fifteen days from the day of their receipt.
  • If it is impossible to resolve the issues raised in the appeal within a month, the necessary deadline for its consideration is set, which is notified to the person who submitted the appeal. At the same time, the total term for solving the issues raised in the appeal cannot exceed 45 days.
  • At the well-founded written request of the consumer, the review period may be shortened from the period established by the Law
